On September 1, 2026, six new apprentices officially began their professional careers with sfm.
This year, we are pleased to welcome a motivated group of young talents who will be trained in four different professions.
Particularly noteworthy is that one of our two new electronics apprentices is a young woman, sending a strong signal for greater female representation in technical careers.
With this new apprenticeship class, the company is making a targeted investment in its future workforce. At the same time, our commitment to developing young talent remains dynamic, as there are still opportunities available for last-minute applicants to join the current training year.
Our six new apprentices are distributed across the following areas of expertise:
2 Electronics Technicians
Focus on automation technology and energy systems.
2 Industrial Management Apprentices
Rotational training across key business functions, from sales and customer service to human resources.
1 Industrial Mechanic Apprentice
Specializing in the assembly and maintenance of our complex production equipment.
1 Plastics and Rubber Technology Apprentice
Operating and monitoring modern injection molding machinery.
