Spinal cannula
A spinal cannula is mainly used for the administration of analgesics directly into the cerebrospinal fluid space. This direct access allows for rapid and targeted pain relief during operations or necessary medical procedures. A spinal cannula may also be used to take a sample cerebrospinal fluid or carry out other diagnostic tests in the CSF space.
