Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the accurate recording and posting of incoming invoices and other accounts payable documents

• Reviewing invoices for completeness, accuracy, and compliance in terms of content and calculations

• Monitoring and reconciling open items and maintaining vendor master data

• Preparing payment and dunning runs as well as monitoring payments and due dates

• Supporting the preparation and execution of payment runs

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

• Close collaboration with other departments, especially Purchasing and other functional areas, to clarify open items

• Supporting the optimization of processes and workflows in accounts payable

• Acting as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to accounts payable

• Using the ELO archiving software for document filing and management

• Utilizing SAP S/4HANA for posting and processing accounts payable transactions

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial or business-related vocational training, ideally with additional qualifications in financial accounting

• Initial professional experience in financial accounting, preferably in accounts payable

• Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ELO (archiving software)

• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel

• Good written and spoken English skills

• Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills and a high level of reliability
