Your Responsibilities:

  • Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Controlling team

  • Overall responsibility for operational and strategic controlling activities

  • Analysis and management of product costs, including contribution margin and profitability analyses

  • Preparation, evaluation, and further development of cost calculations and quotations in close cooperation with Sales and Production

  • Optimization of lot sizes to improve production efficiency and cost structures

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as well as budget-to-actual variance analyses

  • Management of budget planning, forecasts, and KPI systems

  • Active involvement in the further development of our BI landscape (Jedox), including contributing own ideas, concepts, and optimization approaches

  • Supporting executive management and business units in commercial and financial decision-making

  • Ensuring high data quality and continuously improving controlling processes

 

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in Controlling, ideally in a leadership role

  • In-depth knowledge of cost and product controlling as well as quotation and pricing calculations

  • Experience in analyzing manufacturing processes and optimizing production lot sizes is an advantage

  • Confident handling of BI systems; experience with Jedox is a plus

  • Very strong Excel skills and ERP system experience (SAP S/4HANA)

  • Good written and spoken English skills

  • Strong analytical mindset combined with a structured, solution-oriented working style

  • Proven leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a confident, professional demeanor

  • High level of initiative and enthusiasm for further developing Controlling structures
