Your Responsibilities:
Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Controlling team
Overall responsibility for operational and strategic controlling activities
Analysis and management of product costs, including contribution margin and profitability analyses
Preparation, evaluation, and further development of cost calculations and quotations in close cooperation with Sales and Production
Optimization of lot sizes to improve production efficiency and cost structures
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as well as budget-to-actual variance analyses
Management of budget planning, forecasts, and KPI systems
Active involvement in the further development of our BI landscape (Jedox), including contributing own ideas, concepts, and optimization approaches
Supporting executive management and business units in commercial and financial decision-making
Ensuring high data quality and continuously improving controlling processes
Your Profile:
Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in Controlling, ideally in a leadership role
In-depth knowledge of cost and product controlling as well as quotation and pricing calculations
Experience in analyzing manufacturing processes and optimizing production lot sizes is an advantage
Confident handling of BI systems; experience with Jedox is a plus
Very strong Excel skills and ERP system experience (SAP S/4HANA)
Good written and spoken English skills
Strong analytical mindset combined with a structured, solution-oriented working style
Proven leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a confident, professional demeanor
High level of initiative and enthusiasm for further developing Controlling structures
