Your Responsibilities:

  • Performing and further developing cost and performance accounting

  • Preparing cost calculations, variance analyses, and profitability assessments

  • Maintaining, optimizing, and expanding internal reporting structures

  • Supporting budget planning, forecasting, and monthly and annual financial closings

  • Analyzing cost structures and deriving actionable recommendations for management

  • Acting as a functional key user for the new cost accounting module in SAP S/4HANA

  • Participating in cross-functional projects aimed at process optimization

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as well as budget-to-actual variance analyses

  • Managing budget planning, forecasts, and KPI systems

  • Actively contributing to the further development of our BI landscape (Jedox), including proposing ideas, concepts, and optimization initiatives

  • Supporting executive management and departments in business and financial decision-making

  • Ensuring high data quality and continuously improving controlling processes

 

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration or a commercial apprenticeship with further training in Controlling / Cost Accounting

  • Several years of professional experience in cost accounting and/or controlling

  • Confident handling of ERP and BI systems; experience with SAP S/4HANA and Jedox is a plus

  • Very strong MS Excel skills and experience with common reporting tools

  • Strong analytical thinking, high numerical affinity, and a structured working style

  • Good written and spoken English skills

  • A communicative team player with a hands-on mentality
