Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and further develop cost accounting and profitability analysis processes

  • Prepare cost calculations, variance analyses, and business case evaluations

  • Maintain, optimize, and expand internal reporting systems

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closing processes

  • Analyze cost structures and provide actionable recommendations to management

  • Serve as the functional key user for the new SAP S/4HANA cost accounting environment

  • Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including budget-to-actual analyses

  • Coordinate budget planning, forecasting activities, and KPI reporting systems

  • Actively contribute to the further development of our BI environment (Jedox)—including sharing your own ideas, concepts, and optimization strategies

  • Support executive management and business units in making informed financial and operational decisions

  • Ensure data accuracy and continuously improve controlling and reporting processes

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field, or equivalent commercial training with advanced qualifications in controlling or cost accounting

  • Several years of professional experience in cost accounting and/or controlling

  • Strong knowledge of ERP and business intelligence systems; experience with SAP S/4HANA and Jedox is a plus

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common reporting tools

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work

  • Good written and verbal English communication skills

  • Team-oriented professional with a hands-on mindset and strong communication abilities
