Your Responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of external facility service providers (building systems, grounds maintenance, cleaning services)

• General maintenance and handyman tasks throughout the company

• Minor repairs to buildings and outdoor facilities

• Courier services and errands

• Cleaning of buildings and outdoor areas

Your Profile:

• Vocational training in facility management, technical field, or commercial training

• Professional experience in facility management

• Strong practical and technical skills

• Good German language skills, both written and spoken

• Independent and self-structured working style

• Attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility

• Valid Class B driver’s license
