Your Responsibilities:

• Implementation, commissioning, and administration of the entire network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and security solutions)

• Responsibility for implementing and continuously improving IT security standards, particularly in the areas of network and device segmentation

• Maintenance and updating of technical documentation for the IT infrastructure

• Setup, monitoring, and maintenance of firewall systems

• Participation in the integration of new solutions into the existing IT system landscape

• Independent work in a project-oriented environment

• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call duty within the team

Your Profile:

• Completed degree or vocational training in Computer Science or a related field

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position

• In-depth knowledge of planning, implementing, and operating complex network infrastructures, including routing and switching (IPv4/IPv6)

• Strong expertise in network and security architectures (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, NAC)

• Confident in analyzing network protocols and experienced in working with scripting languages

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• High level of resilience, as well as a team-oriented, structured, and self-driven working style
