Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological sampling (e.g., swab and contact plate sampling)

• Perform routine testing (e.g., LAL test, bioburden testing)

• Evaluate and validate test methods

• Conduct hygiene trainings and audits

• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Prepare reports and statistical evaluations

Your Profile:

• Completed training as an MTA/MTLA (Medical Technical Assistant) or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in a microbiological laboratory

• Experience working with SAP or a comparable ERP system, as well as LIMS

• Good command of English

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented work style

• Strong commitment to quality

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
