Your Responsibilities:
Conduct microbiological sampling (e.g., swab and contact plate sampling)
Perform routine testing (e.g., LAL test, bioburden testing)
Evaluate and validate test methods
Conduct hygiene trainings and audits
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Prepare reports and statistical evaluations
Your Profile:
Completed training as an MTA/MTLA (Medical Technical Assistant) or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a microbiological laboratory
Experience working with SAP or a comparable ERP system, as well as LIMS
Good command of English
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented work style
Strong commitment to quality
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
