Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of inventory and warehouse transactions in the ERP system
Process and record incoming goods and deliveries
Prepare shipping documents, invoices, returns, cancellations, and credit memos
Manage logistics-related documentation, including customer documentation
Handle transportation damage claims and related correspondence
Coordinate and communicate with freight carriers, customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Manage shipping operations for our Czech production facility, including preparation of all required shipping documentation
Support inventory counts and stock-taking activities
Qualifications
Completed commercial, business, or administrative vocational training (or equivalent qualification)
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse administration
Experience with SAP is preferred
Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented working style
Interest in the medical device industry
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
