Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of inventory and warehouse transactions in the ERP system

• Process and record incoming goods and deliveries

• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, returns, cancellations, and credit memos

• Manage logistics-related documentation, including customer documentation

• Handle transportation damage claims and related correspondence

• Coordinate and communicate with freight carriers, customers, suppliers, and internal departments

• Manage shipping operations for our Czech production facility, including preparation of all required shipping documentation

• Support inventory counts and stock-taking activities

Qualifications

• Completed commercial, business, or administrative vocational training (or equivalent qualification)

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse administration

• Experience with SAP is preferred

• Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented working style

• Interest in the medical device industry

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
