Your Responsibilities:

• Set up machines and equipment according to process specifications

• Operate semi‑ and fully automated production systems

• Prepare and stage production materials

• Perform production release according to specifications

• Conduct maintenance, servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting of minor machine failures, including root‑cause and systematic error analysis

• Mix printing inks, adhesives, and silicone‑based solvents

• Monitor compliance with cleanroom hygiene standards

• Exercise directive authority over cleanroom staff

Your Profile:

• Completed training as an Industrial Mechanic or equivalent qualification

• Several years of experience and leadership skills in a machine‑setter role

• Experience in manufacturing medical devices under cleanroom conditions

• Strong quality awareness regarding medical device production

• Willingness to work in a three‑shift system
