Your Responsibilities:
Strategic and operational interface reporting directly to the Head of Operations
Monitoring and coordination of daily operations activities
Ownership of selected sub‑projects
Participation in various internal meetings
Handling of change requests and CAPAs
Definition and monitoring of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
Your Profile:
Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in an operations environment, including solid knowledge of Lean Management
Strong affinity for digitalization topics and Industry 4.0
Excellent MS Office skills; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
