Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational interface reporting directly to the Head of Operations

• Monitoring and coordination of daily operations activities

• Ownership of selected sub‑projects

• Participation in various internal meetings

• Handling of change requests and CAPAs

• Definition and monitoring of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in an operations environment, including solid knowledge of Lean Management

• Strong affinity for digitalization topics and Industry 4.0

• Excellent MS Office skills; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
