Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a concept for digitalization and connectivity of machines and production equipment within a central control system
• Develop and monitor smart production and process KPIs to measurably increase the efficiency of our manufacturing departments and machinery
• Analyze the current state of systems and processes
• Define specifications for the digitalization of machines and equipment
• Set up a dashboard within the control system for KPI tracking
• Further develop the concept for AI implementation related to equipment optimization

Your Profile

• Completed degree in engineering, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on Smart Manufacturing
• Strong experience in process automation and connectivity of industrial equipment (IIoT, interface standards)
• Analytical mindset combined with a hands‑on mentality for complex IT and OT projects
• Knowledge of control room systems, SCADA, or MES is an advantage
• Understanding of production processes and equipment control (e.g., PLC, sensors, actuators)
• Strong affinity for digitalization and Industry 4.0 topics
