Your responsibilities:
Management and supervision of the technical building infrastructure, including oversight and coordination of maintenance, repairs, modernization, and new construction projects
Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and sustainability of building infrastructure
Collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure all technical requirements are met
Inspection and acceptance of completed work
Budget planning and management for infrastructure projects
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Your profile:
Degree in (Civil) Engineering or Facility Management, or alternatively, certification as a master craftsman or technician in electrical or plant engineering
Several years of experience managing technical infrastructure projects
Solid knowledge of building systems, energy efficiency, and sustainability
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience with cleanrooms and sterilization systems is an advantage but not required
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in budget planning and management
