Your responsibilities:

• Management and supervision of the technical building infrastructure, including oversight and coordination of maintenance, repairs, modernization, and new construction projects

• Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and sustainability of building infrastructure

• Collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure all technical requirements are met

• Inspection and acceptance of completed work

• Budget planning and management for infrastructure projects

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Your profile:

• Degree in (Civil) Engineering or Facility Management, or alternatively, certification as a master craftsman or technician in electrical or plant engineering

• Several years of experience managing technical infrastructure projects

• Solid knowledge of building systems, energy efficiency, and sustainability

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Experience with cleanrooms and sterilization systems is an advantage but not required

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in budget planning and management
