Your Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement of packaging equipment, from specification and selection through commissioning and handover to production

• Manage projects and support the development of sterile barrier systems in accordance with DIN EN ISO 11607-1

• Qualify packaging equipment and validate packaging processes according to DIN EN ISO 11607-2 at our sites in Wächtersbach, Germany, and Prague, Czech Republic

• Prepare technical documentation for product registrations and regulatory submissions

• Conduct product testing and support verification activities

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical training or associate degree in a technical discipline; additional engineering education is a plus

• Several years of professional experience in engineering and/or packaging, preferably in a regulated industry

• Knowledge of medical device regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485) is advantageous

• Good technical English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Analytical and structured approach to work with a strong focus on quality

• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
