Your responsibilities:
Optimize process goals, key performance indicators, measurements, and measuring instruments (Management Information System)
Identify success factors and establish a closed-loop process control system
Initiate and coordinate process improvements
Inform, motivate, and train process staff as needed
Expand the process landscape and implement the process-oriented approach
Support with complaints, CAPAs, and improvement projects
Support as an internal and supplier auditor
Your profile:
You have a degree in digitalization, process optimization, and/or process management
You have several years of professional experience in quality management (ideally according to ISO 13485)
You have experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and process mapping
You possess very good English skills
You are familiar with Office 365, SAP, Babtec, and Signavio
You work independently, responsibly, and solution-oriented
You have a high level of quality awareness and strong analytical thinking skills
You have good communication and teamwork skills
