Your Responsibilities:

• Initiating and implementing process optimization measures in collaboration with Engineering and Quality Assurance

• Conducting employee training sessions

• Managing documentation related to SAP Maintenance and ConSense

• Performing risk assessments

• Processing CAPA and change management activities

• Initiating and supporting maintenance activities in cooperation with Electrical and Plant Maintenance teams

• Driving and implementing LEAN initiatives

• Monitoring compliance with hygiene regulations in the cleanroom environment

• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations and quality standards

Your Profile:

• Qualification as a Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technician

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role

• Experience in medical device manufacturing is desirable

• High level of quality awareness regarding the production of medical devices

• Good English skills and SAP knowledge are an advantage

• Willingness to work in shifts
