Your Responsibilities:
Initiating and implementing process optimization measures in collaboration with Engineering and Quality Assurance
Conducting employee training sessions
Managing documentation related to SAP Maintenance and ConSense
Performing risk assessments
Processing CAPA and change management activities
Initiating and supporting maintenance activities in cooperation with Electrical and Plant Maintenance teams
Driving and implementing LEAN initiatives
Monitoring compliance with hygiene regulations in the cleanroom environment
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations and quality standards
Your Profile:
Qualification as a Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technician
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
Experience in medical device manufacturing is desirable
High level of quality awareness regarding the production of medical devices
Good English skills and SAP knowledge are an advantage
Willingness to work in shifts
