Your Responsibilities:
Procurement of production equipment – from design and specification to handover to production
Qualification of equipment and validation of processes at our sites in Wächtersbach (Germany) and Prague (Czech Republic)
Process optimization and process development
Analysis of existing production processes to identify potential for cost reduction and quality improvement
Independent development of resulting action plans and coordination of their implementation
Technical support of outsourced or external manufacturing processes, including their qualification and validation
Your Profile:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical training (e.g., state-certified technician)
Several years of professional experience in engineering or process development preferred
Knowledge of medical device regulations (e.g., ISO 13485) is an advantage
Good technical English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel and to spend several days working at our Prague site
Analytical and structured working style with a strong sense of quality
Team-oriented and strong communication skills
