Your Responsibilities:

• Procurement of production equipment – from design and specification to handover to production

• Qualification of equipment and validation of processes at our sites in Wächtersbach (Germany) and Prague (Czech Republic)

• Process optimization and process development

• Analysis of existing production processes to identify potential for cost reduction and quality improvement

• Independent development of resulting action plans and coordination of their implementation

• Technical support of outsourced or external manufacturing processes, including their qualification and validation

Your Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical training (e.g., state-certified technician)

• Several years of professional experience in engineering or process development preferred

• Knowledge of medical device regulations (e.g., ISO 13485) is an advantage

• Good technical English skills, both written and spoken

• Willingness to travel and to spend several days working at our Prague site

• Analytical and structured working style with a strong sense of quality

• Team-oriented and strong communication skills
