Your area of responsibility:

• Management of the production control and costing team with 5 employees

• Responsible for the complete production control and monitoring

• Responsible for checking incoming customer orders for delivery capability and determining delivery dates in close cooperation with production, purchasing, sales, logistics and quality assurance

• Responsible for checking requests for feasibility and lead time depending on availability, resources and materials

• Process driver for continuous improvement, changes and ongoing organizational development

• Continuous improvement: You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency, quality and productivity of production processes. You will identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes

Your profile:

• Further training as a technician/ master craftsman (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience in a comparable position

• Several years of proven experience in production planning and control, ideally in a managerial position

• Sound knowledge in the areas of production management, lean principles and operational process optimization

• Good SAP R3 and ideally SAP Hana knowledge

• Strong communication skills
