From April 24 to 25, 2026, the semi-annual Management Meeting (MM) of the sfm Group took place. Leaders from various management levels came together to exchange insights on current developments, reflect on shared successes, and define the strategic priorities for the future.

A key agenda item was the review of two highly successful fiscal years, along with an outlook for the current and upcoming year. In addition, important future projects were presented and discussed. These included, in particular, the sfm Group’s new construction initiatives, with a special focus on the current planning status of the sfmPLUS project, which represents a significant milestone in the further development of the site.

Other focal points included the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, the continued development of safemed medical devices s.r.o., and various Lean projects aimed at further optimizing processes and strengthening competitiveness on a sustainable basis.

The Management Meeting concluded with a joint dinner, providing an opportunity for personal exchange and further fostering cross-departmental collaboration within the sfm Group.
