Your Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, pursue, and acquire new pharmaceutical customers across Europe
Drive growth within existing customer accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships and recurring business opportunities (revenue responsibility of €5-20 million)
Manage complex sales cycles, leading multi-year project opportunities and coordinating stakeholders on both the customer and internal sides
Present and position technically sophisticated transfer systems, balancing quality, compliance, innovation, and operational efficiency
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs teams
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage forecasts, and ensure achievement of business objectives
Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify industry trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector
Your Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life sciences, engineering, biomedical engineering, or related technical field
Several years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally involving project-based business and long sales cycles
Experience working with international pharmaceutical companies
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of complex products and solutions
Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to travel throughout Europe (approximately 20-50%)
