Insights into State-of-the-Art Sterilization Technology and Collaborative Fire Safety Practices

On August 14, we had the pleasure of welcoming around 30 firefighters from the Volunteer Fire Department of Wächtersbach to our Plant II.

During a guided tour of the facility, the team gained fascinating insights into our new sterilization plant, one of the most advanced facilities in Europe. In addition, we presented our comprehensive fire safety concept and the technical processes in the plant.

The professional exchange between our experts and the firefighters provided valuable insights, particularly regarding optimal collaboration in emergencies and ensuring safe infrastructure in medical device production.

As a token of appreciation, our employees presented the volunteer firefighters with a donation of €2,500 to support their important voluntary work.

The successful day concluded in a relaxed atmosphere with pizza and refreshing drinks.
